Our client base includes commercial airlines, aircraft owners, and other investors in aviation.

The practice has experience in sectors such as air cargo, MRO facilities, business aviation, general aviation, ground services and aviation subsystems.

We have completed more than 20 financings and M&A transactions in the sector since 2006, as well as acted lead investor in Direct Investment transactions. Our team consists of pilots and aircraft owners who are passionate about aviation.
